ABATAC's seminars (face-to-face or online) focus on inquiry-based learning and art-based learning as a way to bring Astronomy Content Knowledge Pedagogy into the classroom. These seminars will complement the training offered by the online course and are offered to participants who are both enrolled and attending the online course.

The ABATAC online course is intended for professional educators and students of pedagogical departments of preschool or primary education to improve their knowledge on the subject of Astronomy and the Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Astronomy.

ABATAC conferences - training workshops:
The ABATAC programme has so far held the following training workshops:
- A two-day conference in Rethymno in collaboration with the Directorate of Primary Education of Rethymno. It was organized on 16 and 17 June 2024 with the participation of the whole project team, teachers who presented their work on the ABATAC project and art teachers who organized workshops on teaching astronomy and science through art. - Three one-day conferences/workshops in the prefecture of Lassithi, in collaboration with the Primary Education Directorate of Lassithi, which focused on teaching astronomy and Science through art: 8 December 2023 in Agios Nikolaos, 11 December 2024 in Sitia, and 12 December 2024 in Ierapetra.
